Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please submit a request via our Support Center.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: “Sale or clearance items”
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will only cover the cost of the item itself.
